The 1962-1967 Chevrolet Chevy II Front Left Floor Pan without Toe Board (Includes 1/2 Center Hump Area) is a precision-stamped steel patch panel designed to repair the driver side front floor section of your classic Nova. Made specifically for 1962-1967 Chevy II models, this panel replaces the area in front of the seat and includes half of the center transmission tunnel hump for added strength and accurate fitment. It does not include the toe board section, making it ideal for partial repairs where the firewall area is still intact. A perfect solution for restoring strength and structure without replacing the entire floor pan.
Installation:
Difficulty: 4/5 – Requires cutting, welding, and alignment; recommended for experienced restorers.
Cut out the damaged driver side floor area and clean the surrounding metal. Test-fit the new floor pan section, aligning it with the existing floor and half of the center tunnel. Trim as needed, then weld securely into place. Grind welds smooth, apply seam sealer, and finish with primer and undercoating to protect against corrosion.
