The hot set-up for vehicle running and signal lighting these days is the Light Emitting Diode or LED. Dramatically different from the original lights, their intensity and instant on/off operation really make your Nova stand out from the crowd. LEDs have such a low electrical current draw, compared to conventional incandescent bulbs; they require an electronic no-load flasher in order to function properly as signal lights. Two of these electronic LED flashers are required to operate the turn signal and 4-way hazard circuits if you're installing LED front lights and LED taillights together.
