Reproduction of the original big block power steering adjustor bracket designed for use with 1965-68 Chevrolet Impala, Bel Air, Biscayne, Caprice, 1967-68 Camaro, and 1968 Nova models with big block engines. Manufactured in stamped steel, this bracket was original equipment for a variety of Chevrolet and General Motors vehicles with short water pump and replaces GM part number # 3876788.
The power steering pump mounts to the bracket and the bracket mounts to the block. The pump is allowed to rotate slightly with the adjustor bolt within the track and this bracket allows it to slide up or down to ensure proper tension on the V-belt.
