This cap stretches over the horn cap retainer (part # 329738, sold separately), which then snaps into the horn cap mount (part # K137, sold separately), located in the center of the steering wheel. The horn cap emblem then inserts into the center of this cap, snapping into place, to complete the look. A wide variety of emblems are available, depending on what year and model of vehicle you are restoring. For this reason, the emblem is sold separately. Replaces GM part #'s 329736, 14081429, 22538568
