Instructions:
- Prepare vehicle: disconnect battery, safely lift and support vehicle on stands or a lift, and remove the rear axle, suspension components, fuel tank, and any items obstructing access to the right rear frame rail.
- Assess and mark: inspect the existing rail, mark cut lines where the old rail joins solid structure, and identify any attached brackets or tabs that must be preserved or transferred.
- Cut out old rail: carefully cut the damaged or rusted rail sections away, leaving clean mating surfaces. Preserve any usable brackets or attachment points to transfer if required.
